There is only one self-imposed rule when writing this blog: being drunk. Nothing else is required. Drunk to the condition of barely standing and yet being able to remember how to use the keyboard. Taking into consideration how often I find myself in such condition, this journal definitely has potential.

So, hot people in the gym... There is this gym in central Riga. It used to promote itself as one of the first professional sports clubs in the country. It looks expensive, it feels expensive inside, people inside look welathy enough. All in all, it seems like a decent place. Because of its 'professional sports' orientation, it enjoys a special status within the Latvian sports community (especially, bodybuilders).

Those people who are working out in the club... they seem to be born and raised in that gym. It is also highly probable that they are going to die in that club. For they probably never leave it. They are incredibly fit, tanned, overmuscled and, yes, hot. Naturally. They all seem to be straight as well, which is sort of painful [to me].

I have to say that many non-athlete clients of the club are as good-looking as the professional athletes. Anyway, this whole atmosphere of hotness and handsomeness all around must be creating inferiority complex for all those miserable souls who happen to be working out and do not share the Hercules gene. I cannot be the only one thinking this... am I?
